Working with you

We're not 'yes men'

Oh-oh, you might be thinking (well you might be, we don't know for sure as we can't see inside your brain – not yet anyway), these guys like an argument or two. Well that wasn't quite what we meant (we're not arguing – honest).

The benefit of working with a proper design agency is, first and foremost, you get a one-of-a-kind, great looking, stand out product to wow your friends and woo your customers. But that's not all we bring to the table. We don't just take on board your brief and mindlessly nod our heads. We suggest things, offer guidance and generally come up with brilliant ideas to try and make your brand even stronger.

Why not give us a call and ask for a free consultation – we'll make sure we say yes.

A long-term investment

A well designed website or brand identity is a solid investment in the future of your business. Good branding should last many years. Bad branding can look tired after only a few months – so it's important to get it right first time.

Become more competitive

We can't guarantee you more sales, but we can help give you the advantage over your competitors.

There are many factors that contribute towards the purchasing decision – price and quality of service being two of the biggest. However, what's the point of providing the best service or cheapest price if you're not even making the short-list for consideration.

When it comes to choosing between two evenly matched companies, customers are far more likely to put their trust in the one that looks the most professional – so don't let your website or branding let you down.

We can help give you the competitive edge you need – so you're not only sure to be on the consideration list, but you're at the top of it.

The design process

Briefing: First we try to get to know you a little better. It's nothing too personal (unless you think that’s important), but it is important to fully understand the nature of your business and what you are looking to achieve. We will also need to know your exact requirements in terms of your website or brand creation (kind of obvious that one). This can usually be completed over a phone call or meeting. If there are any missing gaps we'll follow up with a call or email.

Quote: Once we're loaded up on information, we'll put together a detailed quote. Providing you are happy with the quote (it is only at this point that you will have to commit to anything), we will then get cracking with the design work.

First ideas: To begin with, we come back with a range of thoughts, ideas and designs for you take a look at. We will then ask for your feedback – what you like, dislike and which route you would like to progress with.

Development: Once your comments are on board, we develop the key themes or concepts further, until you are happy with them.

Completion: We then take the final design and implement it where necessary.
